About
Who I am
Systems Analyst focused on Requirements Engineering. I work end to end in software delivery: I understand the business problem, model processes, write the requirements and follow through to validation.
I move naturally across the roles of business, requirements, process and systems analyst and Product Owner, because they share one foundation: removing ambiguity and creating value. MSc student in Computer Science (UFPB), researching LLMs applied to Requirements Engineering.

Business Requirements Analyst
Bridge between business and technology across a portfolio of 50+ critical public-health regulatory systems, including the discovery of SNCR — the National Prescription Control System, a nationwide-impact initiative.
- Discovery with senior stakeholders and elicitation of functional and non-functional requirements.
- 52 prototyped screens on SNCR: generation, issuing, dispensing and monitoring of controlled prescriptions, spanning actors from ANVISA to pharmacies.
- User stories with BDD/UAT criteria, REST API contracts and LGPD-compliant UAT/QA cycles.
- Applied GenAI to accelerate regulatory analysis, generate test scenarios and validate consistency across rules, screens and integrations.

Business Requirements Analyst
Requirements across two large regulated contexts: R&D partner selection at Petrobras (SIGITEC/CENPES) and tax modernization at SEFAZ-PB.
- 183 prototyped screens on SIGITEC: the full R&D partner-selection cycle, aligned with ANP/ANEEL obligations.
- Elicitation with technical, legal and judging-committee areas; competence-limit approvals.
- SEFAZ-PB: BPMN mapping (Bizagi), interviews, function-point estimates and Scrum/Jira/Kanban.
- More predictable deliveries and direct support for increased public tax revenue.
Process Analyst & ERP Implementation
End-to-end ERP implementation at a packaging manufacturer, from analysis to go-live.
- Mapped production, purchasing, sales and inventory flows (BPMN, SIPOC, Ishikawa).
- Nomus ERP implementation with data migration and user training.
- Power BI and advanced Excel dashboards for operational tracking.
- Higher productivity and less waste in the production process.
Requirements Analyst → IT Coordinator
Progressive path on a statewide IT project for 365 public schools in Paraíba, in partnership with the state government.
- Coordinated multidisciplinary infrastructure and support teams.
- Elicited needs from school administrators and teachers.
- Built internal web tools, CRM and monitoring dashboards.
