USER STORY · REC-001

“As a recruiter, I want to understand in 30 seconds the value this professional delivers, so that I can confidently move the application forward.”

Given a regulated, high-criticality environment with multiple stakeholders,

When complex needs must become predictable software,

Then Nil turns ambiguity into clear, testable, auditable requirements — accelerated by GenAI.

REQ-01

About

Business Analyst and Requirements Engineer with 9+ years of experience, mostly in regulated, high-criticality environments: ANVISA (Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency), Petrobras, and SEFAZ-PB (Paraíba State Treasury). MSc student in Computer Science (UFPB), researching LLMs applied to Requirements Engineering.

I apply GenAI and LLMs as working tools, not buzzwords: accelerating regulatory analysis, generating test scenarios, validating consistency between rules, screens, and integrations — plus LLM evaluation in international projects (Turing, Outlier AI).

PROJ-01

SNCR — National Prescription Control System

ANVISA (Brazil health regulator) · via SPASSU

Deliverable: 52 prototyped screens (Pencil) + user stories · Health surveillance · controlled medication

System that centralizes control of prescriptions under health surveillance in Brazil. I worked on the conception and detailing of requirements for the full lifecycle of controlled-prescription numbering: generation, distribution between health agencies, assignment to prescribers and institutions, pharmacy dispensing, cancellation, and monitoring, with end-to-end traceability.

Documented scope

  • Numbering generation and distribution, print-shop requisition, and distribution/receipt flow between health agencies, with receipts.
  • Assignment to prescribers and institutions with per-type rules; dispensing record distinguishing industrialized from compounded, with batch and substance control.
  • White prescriptions (single, prolonged, partial use) with incremental forms and visibility rules between establishments.
  • Public lookup in the National Prescription Base (Authorized, Used, Partial, Expired) and total/partial cancellation with standardized reasons.
  • Requisition dashboards with balances and states; BI panels for dispensing, rankings and CSV export; SLA alerts per agency.

Actors: National regulator, state and city health agencies, print shop, institution, prescriber, and pharmacy, each with its own rules and visibility.

PROJ-02

SIGITEC — Competitividade (R&D&I Opportunities)

Petrobras (CENPES) · via Minsait / Indra

Deliverable: 183 prototyped screens (Pencil) + user stories · R&D&I · partner selection · ANP/ANEEL compliance

Module supporting Petrobras in managing R&D&I opportunities and selecting technology partners. I documented the full flow, from opportunity creation by the technical area to winning-proposal selection, aligned with regulatory R&D&I investment obligations.

Documented scope

  • Creation in three modes (Public, Thematic, Direct selection), with classification, deliverables, cost estimation, and team.
  • Opportunity state machine (Draft, Submitted, Published, Judgment, Selection, Finalized) with version history.
  • Pre-proposal submission with compliance declaration, schedule, and expense breakdown; committee judgment with automatic and manual criteria.
  • Competence-limit approvals (Technical and Partner Manager); Collaborative Room with public discussion, direct messages, and notices.
  • Result reports (XLSX), administration (parameters, tags, evaluation criteria), and administrative functions with acceptance terms and history.

Actors: Interlocutor, Coordinator, Technical Manager, Partner Technical Manager, Judging Committee Member, and Administrator, each with its own dashboard.

CASE-01

SEFAZ-PB — Tax modernization and appointment scheduling

Context
Paraíba State Treasury (via Minsait/Indra). Modernization of tax systems and the need to organize taxpayer service.
Action
Requirements engineering for the tax systems and design of an appointment-scheduling system (locations, services, profiles, dashboards), with BPMN/Bizagi process mapping.
Result
Taxpayer service organized by scheduling and clear requirements for evolving the fiscal systems.
CASE-02

ECOS — IT for 365 public schools (Analyst to IT Coordinator)

Context
State education project in Paraíba: 365 schools to equip and maintain, plus support for ECOS's 3 offices. I grew from Requirements Analyst to IT Coordinator.
Action
Coordination of field teams installing software and hardware in schools, configuration of service dashboards, process mapping, help-desk (service desk) rollout, and requirements work.
Result
Technology estate across hundreds of schools deployed and monitored, with structured service-desk support and standardized processes.
CASE-03

Cruz — ERP implementation in manufacturing (Nomus)

Context
A packaging (box) manufacturer needed to move from scattered controls to a single ERP covering the operation end to end.
Action
Requirements gathering, full process mapping (inventory, production, finance, accounts payable and receivable), data migration, and rollout of the Nomus ERP, with user training.
Result
Unified operation in a single system, with mapped processes and migrated data, reducing rework and parallel controls.
CASE-04

LIFEE — GenAI chatbots for education

Context
Educational products needed reliable, always-available automated service.
Action
Chatbots with Typebot + n8n + ChatGPT API: use cases, business rules, automated flows, and iterative behavior tuning, attentive to the educational context.
Result
Fewer out-of-context responses and higher first-contact resolution in educational support.
CASE-05

GenAI applied to regulatory analysis

Context
High volume of regulations and business rules to validate against screens and integrations in regulatory systems.
Action
LLM workflows to accelerate regulatory analysis, generate test scenarios, and cross-check consistency between rules, screens, and integrations — with guardrails and human review.
Result
Faster analysis cycles with preserved quality; AI accelerating requirements work, not replacing judgment.
CASE-06

LLM evaluation and alignment at international scale

Context
Global AI training platforms (Turing, Outlier AI) require rigorous, reproducible evaluation of model responses.
Action
SxS evaluations with completeness, prompt-adherence, and consistency criteria; fact-checking with evidence validation; error-pattern documentation for RLHF.
Result
Direct contribution to reduced hallucinations and improved alignment of evaluated models.

AI on this site

This site is itself a demonstration of applied GenAI: the assistant answers questions about my career using RAG (knowledge-base retrieval) + guardrails (anti-injection, scope control) + an LLM. Every answer exposes the pipeline: which chunks were retrieved, with what score, and which protections fired. Ask something and click "view pipeline".
